- 12 oz rigatoni pasta, or pasta of decision
- 1 tbsp minced garlic, around 3-4 cloves

Directions :
- Heat an extensive pot of salted water to the point of boiling, cook pasta as indicated by the directions on the bundle (every pasta shifts). Channel well and come back to pot.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat spread in a vast sauce container over medium warmth. One liquefied, include the cut shallots and cook until translucent; 2-3 minutes. Include the minced garlic and cook 1 minute.
