CHICKEN Prepared ZITI Fixings:

  • 12 ounces uncooked ziti (or any pasta shape) 
  • 2 cups destroyed, cooked chicken (around 2 little chicken bosoms) 
  • 1 clump alfredo sauce (see underneath) 
  • 1/2 mugs destroyed part-skim mozzarella cheddar 
  • garnishes: loads of crisply ground Parmesan cheddar, finely-hacked new basil or parsley 


ALFREDO SAUCE Fixings:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or margarine 
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 3 tablespoons universally handy flour 
  • 1 glass chicken or vegetable stock 
  • 1 glass low-fat milk 
  • 3/4 glass crisply ground Parmesan cheddar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon dark pepper 





Headings:

TO MAKE THE CHICKEN Heated ZITI:

  1. Preheat broiler to 375°F. Fog a 9 x 13-inch preparing dish with cooking shower; put aside. 
  2. Cook the pasta still somewhat firm in a huge stockpot of very much salted bubbling as indicated by bundle guidelines. Channel. Return pasta to the stockpot and include chicken and alfredo sauce. Tenderly hurl to join until the pasta is equitably covered.
