  • 3 Tbsp additional virgin olive oil 
  • 1/2 tsp fit salt 
  • 1/2 tsp dark pepper 
  • 1/2 tsp Hungarian paprika 
  • For the tahini sauce: 
  • 1 garlic clove (squeezed) 
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon 
  • 3 Tbsp tahini 
  • 1 Tbsp water (in addition to additional as required) 
  • 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt (stacking) 
  • 1/2 tsp legitimate salt (discretionary, to taste) 
  • 1/2 dark pepper (discretionary, to taste) 
  • For the embellishment: 
  • 2 Tbsp pomegranate molasses 
  • 2 Tbsp pomegranate seeds 
  • 1 tsp new mint leaves (finely slashed) 
  • 1 Tbsp parsley leaves (finely hacked) 
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
