You’ll Need:
30ml (2 tablespoons) olive oil
1.4 kg unfenced sheep knuckles, at room temperature
10ml (2 teaspoons) cumin seeds
5ml (1 teaspoon) ground coriander
10ml (2 teaspoons) garam masala
2.5ml (½ teaspoon) dried red bean stew drops
2 red onions, cut into half moons
2 cloves garlic, minced
15ml (1 tablespoon) crisply ground ginger
30ml (2 tablespoons) tomato glue
2 x 400g tins cleaved tomatoes
10ml (2 teaspoons) nectar
250ml (1 container) chicken stock
15ml (1 tablespoon) corn flour blended with 30ml virus water
1 x 400g tin white beans, washed and depleted
1 lemon, cut into rounds, seeds expelled
salt and newly ground dark pepper
How to Make:
- Season the sheep on the two sides with salt and newly ground dark pepper.
- Set the Moment Pot to Sauté work. Warmth 1 tablespoon oil until hot, at that point dark colored the meat on the two sides. I do this in clumps to guarantee the meat grows great caramelization. Expel from the pot and put aside.
- Keeping the Moment Pot on Sauté work, include another tablespoon olive oil alongside the onions and sauté until mollified, around 5 minutes. Mix in the garlic and ginger and cook for one more moment.
