Directions :
  1. Spot the chicken gizzards in a pot with onion, celery, straight leaves, thyme and crushed garlic – salt . Add enough water to cover the gizzards by 1 inch. Heat the gizzards to the point of boiling, decrease warmth to low, spread, and stew until delicate, around 1 ½ – 2 hours or all the more relying upon inclination ..
