You’ll Need:

For the Chicken 
  1. 1 lb chicken thighs, cut into nibble measure

  8. 1 to 3 tbsp gochugaru, Korean red pepper pieces 
  9. 1 tbsp cooking oil 
  10. 1 little onion, cut (you can utilize different veggies in the event that you lean toward) 
  11. For the Rice Balls 
  12. 1¼ container warm cooked rice 
  13. 2 tbsp mayonnaise 
  14. 3 tbspfurikake (kelp rice flavoring) 
For the Trimming 
  1. 1 green onion, hacked

How to Make:

  1. Consolidate chicken, garlic, ginger, mirin, soy sauce, shellfish sauce, maesilaek and gochugaru in a blending bowl and marinate for 20 minutes to over night.
